State Farm AI features

State Farm AI features come to life with Bonfire Terminal, a local-first app running AI on your own machine. Provide your State Farm policy details and the assistant helps compare coverage, gather claim evidence, and organize paperwork without uploading data to the cloud.

How Bonfire works with State Farm

State Farm does not expose a public REST API we can drive directly. Instead Bonfire stores your State Farm credentials and context locally on your machine and surfaces them to your chosen AI model, so an agent can reason over your Insurance Company data and draft, summarize, and prepare work — while your data stays on your own hardware.

State Farm agents in action

Telegram: a chat command → Bonfire → State Farm → run a task and replies with the result.
Slack: ask a question → Bonfire → State Farm → pull a summary posted back to the channel.
Scheduled: nightly → an agent checks State Farm and flags anything that needs your attention.

State Farm — questions

How does Bonfire work with State Farm?

Bonfire stores your State Farm context and credentials locally and surfaces them to your chosen AI model, which reasons over your data on-device — State Farm has no public API for Bonfire to call directly.

Does my State Farm data go to the cloud?

Bonfire runs on your desktop and keeps your keys local — it isn't a SaaS holding your data. Only the specific request you approve is sent to your chosen AI model.

Which AI models can I use?

Any connected model — Claude, GPT, Gemini or Grok. A fully offline Llama model runs locally for private reasoning but can't reach live APIs.
